Brief review

AVS Image Converter has a clearly designed interface that includes simple tabs and self-explanatory buttons. Most users will be able to jump right into this program, but there are plenty of Help file inclusions for those who find AVS Image Converter difficult to use at first attempt.

One of the most useful things about AVS Image Converter (though there are many others!) is the viewing window, which also doubles as a preview window. Thanks to this portion of the program, AVS Image Converter is really simple to use and effortless when it comes to previewing images prior to saving those files.

Main Function

The main purpose of AVS Image Converter is to edit and convert numerous image files simultaneously. While it’s easy to see how some programs completely miss the mark when it comes to this task, AVS Image Converter manages to hit the nail on the head with a great interface and excellent options.

Extra Features

Aside from the fact that AVS Image Converter can convert all major types of images (JPEG, BMP, TGA, and various others), this program also comes with a fun effects tool. This tool makes it possible to lighten or darken a photograph and to play around with the overall image.

If you are tempted to opt for the free version of this program, do note that a watermark will appear on all images. The paid version (at $39) is a great choice if you are serious about editing and converting your images.
